Role Overview

We are a Life Sciences SaaS company looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can connect marketing strategy, technology, communications, and execution.

This role will serve as a key partner to our business units and Sales organization while owning many of the systems and processes that power our marketing programs. You will represent Marketing in business-unit discussions, understand what teams are trying to accomplish, and translate those needs into campaigns, communications, audiences, digital experiences, sales enablement programs, and measurable results.

We are looking for someone with a strong internal customer-service mindset. Think of our business units and Sales teams as your clients: understand their objectives, bring ideas and solutions to the table, communicate clearly, and take ownership of delivering high-quality work.

This is also a highly hands-on position. You should be comfortable moving from a business conversation directly into Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Gong, or Clay to build and execute the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business. Represent Marketing in business-unit meetings, understand growth priorities and Sales needs, and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
  • Own our marketing technology ecosystem. Help maintain Salesforce as the source of truth and ensure strong connections across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Clay, WordPress, and other marketing technologies.
  • Run marketing automation. Build and manage Marketo campaigns, programs, segmentation, lead scoring, workflows, forms, landing pages, reporting, and the Salesforce integration.
  • Build and improve our website. Create and maintain WordPress pages and landing pages and support campaigns, product launches, events, and other business initiatives.
  • Enable Sales. Build targeted 1:1 Gong sales flows and help turn Marketing campaigns and audiences into effective seller outreach.
  • Build and automate audiences. Use Clay and related tools for account/contact identification, enrichment, segmentation, and audience creation, with an emphasis on connecting Clay, Salesforce, and Gong to automate manual processes.
  • Create marketing communications. Write and edit emails, campaign messaging, website copy, event communications, sales outreach, and other customer- and prospect-facing materials as needed.
  • Make the data useful. Develop reporting and dashboards that help Marketing and Sales understand audience coverage, engagement, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and results.
  • Improve how we work. Continually identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and make Marketing and Sales more efficient.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo, including their integration.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM architecture, campaign execution, reporting, and data management.
  • Experience building and maintaining pages in WordPress.
  • Experience with sales enablement/engagement technologies; Gong experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and audience-building technology is a plus.
  • Strong marketing writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to represent Marketing effectively with business leaders and translate business needs into action.
  • Strong internal customer-service orientation with a sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on - you can recommend the solution and then help build it.
  • Curious about AI, automation, and emerging technologies that can make Marketing and Sales more effective.

What we provide:

  • Merit-based compensation – Competitive base salary plus bonus
  • Work from anywhere – Roles are open to candidates located anywhere in the US (United States)
  • Unlimited PTO (Paid Time Off), including Paid Holidays and Sick Leave
  • 401k+ Match
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Health and wellness perks including life & disability insurance, healthcare funding options like FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Account), Dependent Care, an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) program, discounts, Learning and Development

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

This position is fully remote, with limited travel that may be required for occasional team meetings, training sessions, or business events. Work is performed primarily in a home-office environment using standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, ergonomic, and confidential workspace with reliable high-speed internet access suitable for professional remote work.
