Manager, Product Management - Fintech Innovation Enablement
Overview:
The role will be as a Product Manager for the Start Path Corporate Membership program within the Innovation Enablement suite of Products in B&MI.
The Innovation Enablement suite of products focuses on fintech partnerships and innovation via fintechs for our customer base. The Start Path Corporate Membership program within this, enables our customers to access our portfolio of Start Path companies, a vetted pool of global startups working across a spectrum of financial services and payment use cases.
The role will lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the Business Intelligence Innovation Enablement products - including the Start Path Corporate Membership program and Sandbox as a Service globally.
What you will do:
• Develops and manages content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program which is designed to facilitate introductions between startups in Start Path with Mastercard customers • Content management within the program will include development of research reports, planning and executing events (virtual and n-person)• Contributes towards the development of strategies and programs for large, strategically important global clients• Support conversations on the sales side to promote the product value proposition globally• Obtain data from multiple sources, collate, analyze and triangulate information to develop reliable fact bases and reports• Apply a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to rigorously identify client issues and synthesize the analysis into clear, sound recommendations• Structure and prepare draft reports and client steering committee presentations • Present draft reports to key stakeholders for review and feedback• Extract intellectual capital from engagement work and actively develop and share tools, methods and best practices across projects• Build network of contacts and internal relationships across Mastercard to support information gathering and data analysis
All About You:• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital and technical solutions and services. • Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party vendors and assessing same• Connection to the fintech community and "startup world" a distinct advantage• Executive-level presentation skills-must have persuasive "presence" and ability to effectively communicate technology to business people and business to technology people. • Understanding / experience of innovation frameworks and practical technology application experience. Payments technology knowledge or experience in the industry would be an advantage. • Leadership skills-must be able to influence others and navigate complex relationship scenarios & must be able to influence others without direct reporting relationships. • Excellent verbal and written skills.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
