If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About The Role

In this role you will lead a team of Strategy Consultants who serve as the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 500 customers. You will be responsible for building, developing, and scaling a world-class team that oversees the entire customer journey from kick-off to onboarding to continued success and expansion on our agentic CDP.

This role will require you to combine people leadership with deep technical expertise to ensure our Enterprise customers maximize their value from our agentic Customer Data Platform. You'll be responsible for developing your team's technical capabilities, establishing best practices for customer engagement, and driving strategic initiatives that increase customer retention and adoption across our largest accounts.

As a hands-on leader, you will maintain involvement in complex technical escalations while empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Sales leadership to develop strategies for increasing platform adoption within large organizations and work cross-functionally to surface customer insights that drive product innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the team. Manage a group of senior Strategy Consultants. Set clear expectations, run a tight operating rhythm, and hold a high bar for quality work.
  • Hire exceptional people. Own sourcing, interviewing, and closing for the team. Build a repeatable hiring process that tests for strategic judgment, executive presence, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Manage your portfolio. Know the status, risk, and next step of every active engagement. Escalate early and communicate crisply to executives.
  • Build the playbook. Turn what works into repeatable engagement models, pilot structures, demo narratives, and enablement, so the team scales without losing quality.
  • Set the bar for technical excellence. Maintain deep technical knowledge of Hightouch's platform and stay current with product developments
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales leadership, Product, and Engineering. Bring field signal back to the roadmap and keep your team close to what's shipping.
