Chowbus is a leading AI-powered restaurant technology SaaS platform with deep roots in the North American market. We support thousands of restaurants of every size across the U.S. and Canada, with technology solutions spanning POS, AI, and digital tools that help restaurants run more efficiently and grow their business. We compete with companies like Toast, Square, Clover, and Menusifu. Our Marketing team plays a direct role in that growth.

We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to plan and run Chowbus's paid social, LinkedIn, account-based marketing (ABM), and email marketing programs. You'll build campaigns that generate qualified leads and move restaurant owners toward booking a Chowbus demo, working closely with Sales to target the accounts and regions that matter most.

This is a remote role.

What You'll Focus On

Paid Social (Meta / Facebook)

  • Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Meta ad campaigns for lead generation, targeting restaurant owners and operators.
  • Test creative, audiences, and offers to improve cost per lead and demo conversion.
  • Manage budget pacing and bidding strategy across campaigns.

LinkedIn & B2B Advertising

  • Run LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms) for demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Partner with Sales to align LinkedIn targeting with target account lists and our ideal customer profile.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Build and run ABM programs targeting key restaurant groups, multi-unit operators, and enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and build coordinated outreach (ads, email, direct mail or gifting) across channels.
  • Track account engagement and pipeline influence from ABM programs and report results to marketing leadership.

Email Marketing

  • Own email marketing strategy: nurture sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns that move leads toward booking a demo.
  • Build and manage nurture journeys and email automation workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Segment and personalize email campaigns based on lead source, cuisine/industry vertical, and funnel stage.

Cross-Channel Campaign Management

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all campaigns, optimizing for pipeline and ROI.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to keep messaging and offers consistent across channels.
  • Manage the campaigns calendar and budget across paid social, LinkedIn, ABM, and email.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience running B2B marketing campaigns across paid social, LinkedIn, ABM, and/or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.
  • Experience with email/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills. Comfortable reading campaign data in a CRM (Salesforce) and adjusting strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional or fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Most of our team and many of our restaurant partners communicate in Mandarin, so this skill helps you collaborate effectively and understand our customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to restaurant owners, SMBs, or another vertical B2B audience.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with a CDP or intent-data tool (for example, Clay or Bombora).
  • Experience planning field events, sponsorships, or in-person activations that support ABM programs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • 100% employer-paid Short-Term Disability (STD)
  • 100% employer-paid Life Insurance
  • 100% employer-paid AD&D Insurance
  • Company holidays
  • Birthday off
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
