We're looking for a marketing manager who can translate breakthrough robotics technology into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and developers, accelerate our go-to-market motion, and establish Dexmate as the category leader in general-purpose robotics platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Brand Development & Public Awareness: Own and evolve Dexmate's brand identity, visual language, and market presence. Elevate our brand recognition in the robotics and AI ecosystem through strategic PR initiatives, media relations, and creative campaigns. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Creative & Visual Content: Lead the creation of high-impact visual content including product videos, demo reels, customer testimonials, and brand films. Work with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce compelling assets that showcase our technology and customer success stories. Manage our visual identity from website to trade show booths.

Product Marketing: Develop messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials that communicate our value proposition to technical and business audiences. Create solution briefs, case studies, whitepapers, demo scripts, and customer presentations that drive pipeline and close deals.

Content & Communications: Build our brand presence through thought leadership content, blog posts, press releases, and social media. Manage relationships with industry media and analysts.

Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and partnerships. Work with sales to generate qualified leads and support our enterprise/developer sales motion.

Events & Field Marketing: Coordinate our presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events. Develop event strategies that generate awareness, leads, and customer engagement.

Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and business development teams to create effective tools and training. Develop competitive positioning, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks that help close deals faster.

Market Intelligence: Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform marketing strategy and product roadmap. Be the voice of the customer and market internally.

What We Need To See
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, robotics, AI/ML, developeer community, or hardware-software platforms

  • Brand building experience with demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategies that increase market awareness

  • Technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex robotics and AI concepts

  • Creative production skills with experience managing video production, graphic design, and multimedia content creation

  • Demonstrated success in product marketing, content creation, and demand generation

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with portfolio of marketing content, case studies, or thought leadership pieces

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience working with sales, product, and engineering teams

  • Analytical mindset comfortable with marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI analysis

  • Self-starter mentality who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal oversight

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Experience marketing robotics, consumer electronics, or physical products

  • Track record building brand awareness from scratch at an early-stage startup

  • Portfolio demonstrating creative direction of video content, brand campaigns, or visual identity projects

  • PR and media relations experience with technology

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and technical buyer personas

  • Hands-on skills in graphic design, video editing, or other creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems

  • Background in both digital marketing and field marketing/events
