Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution? JFrog is looking for a Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager to serve as the right hand to the VP of Marketing Operations & Strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of our marketing budget, drive team enablement, and support strategic initiatives that fuel the success and efficiency of our global marketing organization.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Finance, and GTM operations to ensure our team runs smoothly, stays aligned, and is equipped to deliver results at scale.

As a Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager in JFrog you will...
  • Manage the day-to-day budget and ensure the global marketing budget is accurate and aligns with business goals.
  • Support data governance, hygiene and system integrity by being the point of contact for Salesforce and other key marketing systems.
  • Ensure systems are aligned, data is clean and structured, and processes are well documented while partnering with Sales Ops and IT.
  • Maintain a fully supported and troublefree tech stack of tools related to campaign execution, lead flow, and reporting.
  • Ensure Marketing team is set up for success on tools, templates and operational workflows by developing enablement and onboarding programs, process documentation and playbooks.
  • Successfully drive key Marketing Operations team initiatives and process improvements.
  • Drive team excellence by managing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), team KPIs, and campaign performance tracking.
To be a Marketing Operations & Enablement Manager in JFrog you need...
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
  • Proven experience managing budgets and working cross-functionally with Finance and Procurement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for enabling teams and optimizing marketing performance
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $130,000 to $145,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
