Overview of Job Function:

The Senior Specialist will own marketing programs end-to-end, executing a wide range of tactics including ABM nurture, intent-based programs, email marketing, content campaigns, webinars, and support field events/tradeshows and social campaigns. The role will work closely with content and operations to support and optimize BD outbound. This job requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams including Content, Marketing Operations, GTM, Business Development, Events, Digital, and Sales to bring campaigns to life and ensure measurable impact. 

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Execution
    • Execute integrated marketing programs aligned with campaign strategy and business objectives set by the Marketing Campaigns team  
    • Support development of program plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent campaigns  
    • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout program lifecycle
  • Program Execution & Management
    • Own end-to-end execution of marketing programs, with tactics including:  
      • CABM nurture programs for mid to late-stage opportunities  
      • Intent-based programs
      • Email marketing  
      • Events: Verint-hosted, tradeshows, and field events  
      • Virtual events and webinars: Third-party and Verint-hosted
      • Content and report-based campaigns  
      • Support BD outbound 
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of all tactics  
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives are met  
  • ROI Masurement & Reporting
    • Arack, measure, and report on tactic and program performance using Salesforce, Hubspot and other marketing tools  
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future programs  
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and attribution  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Content, Marketing Operations, BD, Events, Digital, GTM, and Sales teams to bring programs to life  
    • Ensure alignment between marketing programs and sales priorities to maximize pipeline generation and deal acceleration  
    • Communicate program updates, results, and insights clearly to stakeholders  
  • Process Optimizzation & Innovation
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and campaign performance  
    • Maintain high standards of organization, documentation, and execution excellence  
    • Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technologies to increase speed, efficiency, and effectiveness of campaign execution  

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, or agency environment 
  • Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment  
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and Wrike  
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimization  
  • Experience executing webinars, events, and digital marketing programs  
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics  
  • Familiarity with AI tools and applications in marketing to improve efficiency and performance
