Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 1400 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

Nebius is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and operational rigor to the Marketing organization. This role will serve as the first dedicated project manager within Marketing, focused on enabling predictable execution, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence across high-impact marketing and business development initiatives.

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and can translate strategy into structured, actionable plans. You will manage complex, multi-workstream marketing initiatives while designing repeatable workflows, tools, and operating rhythms that help the organization scale from reactive delivery to proactive impact.

The Marketing Project Manager acts as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, external agencies, and other partners — ensuring work is clearly scoped, well-sequenced, and delivered on time.

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States (East Coast preferred)

Your responsibilities will include:

Project & Program Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project management for priority marketing and business development initiatives, from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch review
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing assumptions
  • Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and external agencies to ensure clear ownership, expectations, and delivery timelines
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams to manage interdependencies, approvals, and handoffs
  • Drive alignment on launch calendars, campaign priorities, shared resourcing needs, and sequencing

Operational Excellence & Process Design

  • Design and implement repeatable workflows, templates, and project frameworks that bring structure and consistency to marketing execution
  • Build and maintain centralised systems for project intake, prioritisation, status tracking, and reporting
  • Establish operating cadences (status reviews, planning cycles, retrospectives) that improve visibility and accountability

Reporting & Communication

  • Create clear, concise reporting for Marketing leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and surface decisions needed to keep work moving
  • Support post-initiative reviews to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve cross-team collaboration, and increase delivery efficiency
  • Apply best practices from project management, operations, and production disciplines to elevate how Marketing operates

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within Marketing or highly cross-functional environments
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong track record of building or improving operational systems, workflows, or tools
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across senior and technical stakeholders

It will be an added bonus if you have:

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $150K - $185K OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on your experience, skills, and location.
