The opportunity

Productboard is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead. In this role, you will own the marketing technology stack, with significant overlapping responsibility over broader revenue/GTM/analytics technology. You will be the domain expert in the architecture, design, and execution of processes and workflows across the entire marketing and GTM team including lead processing, lead management, campaign operations, systems integrations, and core segmentations.

This is a role for someone who combines the hands-on perspective of day-to-day operational execution with a high-level system’s architect understanding of how all our marketing and revenue technologies interact with each other and work together.

Why this matters for your career

The gap between professionals who are building with AI daily and those who are still watching is widening fast. At Productboard, you won't just use AI tools. You will shape the architecture that makes AI agents effective, define the workflows that make them reliable, and build the evaluation systems that make them trustworthy. You will work in an environment where AI first is not a future aspiration. It is the current standard.

The skills you build here, agent native design, multi-model orchestration, eval-driven development, AI-ready codebase architecture, are the skills that will define senior engineering for the next decade.

On a Typical Day, You Will...

  • Maintain and own the marketing/revenue operations tech stack, including MAP, customer engagement, event, and other martech platforms.
  • Build a robust and organized infrastructure for GTM engineering to rapidly deploy and iterate on hyper-personalized GTM motions.
  • Enable marketing stakeholders to simplify and scale their workflows with AI tools. Ambitiously enhance the marketing and GTM tech stack with agentic and AI-native solutions.
  • Architect systems integrations and data schemas. Build efficient and reliable data flow between marketing platforms, CRM, and product data.
  • Maintain operational excellence in marketing campaign execution, encompassing campaign creation, lead creation, attribution, and processing.
  • Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, asset management, email builds, A/B testing, and deployment

About you

  • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations
  • High-level, stack-wide experience orchestrating multiple processes, platforms, and technologies to support the work of marketing and revenue teams.
  • Experience owning the deployment of significant new solutions into a martech stack, either built or bought.
  • Experience building custom integrations and workflows beyond turnkey martech solutions.
  • Marketing automation platform (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) experience/certification preferred
  • Qualified, Goldcast, Clay, Zapier, Workato, Sendoso, Outreach or comparable tool experience helpful
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions and working with product data preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and their interaction with marketing automation platforms
  • Highly detail-oriented with demonstrated skills in project management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree
