CelLink’s ultra-thin, flexible interconnect technology is transforming how next-generation data centers, EVs, and aerospace systems are built. As part of our engineering team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence how the world’s most advanced electronic systems are powered and connected.
You will support development and validation of mechanically complex interconnect assemblies for data center server applications. You bring strong mechanical lab instincts paired with solid electrical awareness, and you can independently manage validation workstreams while contributing to sourcing and technical discussions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute mechanical and electromechanical validation test programs with some guidance on protocol design.
- Source and specify custom and off-the-shelf components from new suppliers, managing to under 6-week lead times.
- Participate meaningfully in technical discussions on power delivery, connector interfaces, and thermal management.
- Support mechanical integration activities for new components.
- Contribute to design release documentation with oversight; support cross-functional coordination.
- Support manufacturing process development and DFM reviews.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a development, validation, or test engineering role.
- Hands-on mechanical lab experience (mechanical testing, fixture design, environmental testing).
- Experience sourcing custom or off-the-shelf components from new suppliers.
- Comfortable participating in electrical/power electronics technical discussions.
- Ability to travel as needed ( up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electromechanical assemblies or interconnect products.
- Familiarity with data center hardware or server platform requirements.
- Some exposure to PPAP or design release processes.
Base Salary
Final salary determined by experience and level. We’re hiring for multiple positions and will align compensation accordingly.

Work Environment –
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.
PPE-
May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
