Office Manager

San Diego, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Rate of Pay: $80,000 - $95,000/yr


We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team name, where you’ll lead administrative functions, customer communication, and office operations to support reliable warehouse execution and exceptional customer service. This role oversees office staff, documentation, billing, reporting, KPI review, and issue resolution while partnering closely with warehouse leadership and customer representatives.

Your Impact: 

As an Office Manager you will:   

  1. Manage daily office operations, administrative processes, and office staff to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent support for the operation.
  2. Coordinate with customer representatives and warehouse management on service needs, operational priorities, reporting, and communication.
  3. Review operational reports and KPI performance; identify trends, communicate findings, and support corrective actions.
  4. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer documentation, billing inputs records, reports, and related administrative controls.
  5. Support customer escalations and issue resolution by coordinating follow-up, documenting actions, and helping drive closure.

What You Bring to the Table:   

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. 3+ years of administrative, office operations, customer service, logistics, or distribution experience.
  3. 1+ year of experience supervising or leading administrative staff, teams, or processes.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Demonstrated      experience maintaining accurate documentation, reports, billing information, or operational records.

  

Preferred Requirements

  1. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  2. Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse, transportation, or distribution environment.
  3. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, transportation systems, or customer portals.
  4. Experience with customer billing, invoicing, chargebacks, or account reconciliation.
  5. Experience analyzing operational KPIs and supporting process-improvement initiatives.
