Design and Operationalize Scalable Playbooks: Create and document operational playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows to establish repeatable solutions for global field data collection.
Manage End-to-End Pilot Execution: Plan, execute, and track field data collection pilots across multiple markets, which includes building project plans, managing timelines, and traveling to pilot locations as needed.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central connective tissue between diverse stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply, Policy, etc.) to ensure alignment, unblock execution, and mitigate operational risks.
Mandatory Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field of study.
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data collection, data annotation, or a related field (including internships).
Core Professional Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills (ability to write clear project plans), proficiency in GSuite, and professional working proficiency in English.
Desired Skills
In-Field Data Collection Experience: Direct, hands-on experience managing or executing data collection out in the field.
