Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Records Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational processes of the record center, including logistics, data entry, and specialized projects, to drive productivity and quality.

You will lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering excellence in information management and logistical precision.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Manage the full employee lifecycle by recruiting, training, and coaching team members, while overseeing administrative essentials such as payroll processing and performance reviews to ensure a high-performing workforce.

  • Optimize Operational Performance: Monitor workflows and analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategic corrective actions that enhance overall department efficiency.

  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure all daily activities strictly comply with organizational standards, safety regulations, and internal policies to provide a secure and reliable service environment

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, specifically within records management or logistics environments.

  • Strong technical expertise in operational forecasting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on task management, time management, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Local Residency: Ability to work on-site daily at our facility, as this role is not eligible for remote work.
