Job Description

We are seeking two Outbound Product Managers (Agentic AI) who will play a key role in shaping how customers experience and adopt our Digital Workers. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about building the bridge between cutting-edge LLM technology and real-world enterprise use cases.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design and deliver custom agents for enterprise customers.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of agent creation — from discovery and design to testing, optimization, and deployment.
  • Experiment and prototype new agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and contextual data frameworks.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying patterns, reusable capabilities, and opportunities that inform the Loops roadmap.
  • Act as a customer advocate, translating real-world needs into scalable product features and solutions.
  • Balance speed and rigor — move fast to prototype but maintain high standards of reliability, safety and explainability.
  • Technical Discovery & Scoping: Assess prospect’s business and technical requirements, including existing tools, workflows, data architecture, and integration needs to ensure IFS Loops can deliver against their objectives
  • Process Analysis: Conduct discovery sessions on current platform capabilities, identifying and quantifying pain points while demonstrating the measurable impact of Loops’ solutions
  • Custom Solution Development: Build tailored agentic workflows for prospects, lead feedback sessions, and iterate based on customer requirements to achieve optimal results
  • Proof-of-Concept Leadership: Design and execute POC pilots that validate technical feasibility and demonstrate value through real-world implementations
  • Platform Evangelism: Collaborate directly with prospects to showcase the power of Loops Agentic platform, guiding them through evaluation and testing of integration use-cases

Qualifications

We are an AI company, so you should approach your work with a growth mindset and look for ways to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions.

  • Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineeringRAG pipelines, and integration of AI models into applications.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; thrives in ambiguity and complex problem spaces.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity, willingness to experiment, and comfort taking calculated risks.
  • Background in product management, solution engineering, or applied AI development preferred.

This role sits at the frontier of where product innovation meets customer success. The agents you help design will directly influence our product roadmap, shape go-to-market narratives and accelerate new customer acquisition.
