About the Role:
Intermedia's Sales and Partner Enablement team prepares internal sales teams and channel partners to position, sell, and support Intermedia solutions. The Partner Enablement Manager owns the enablement plan for an assigned portfolio of partners and delivers practical learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and digital formats. This role works with partner and internal stakeholders to improve seller readiness, accelerate partner activation, and strengthen ongoing product and sales proficiency.
What you'll do
· Own the enablement relationship for an assigned portfolio of partners, from partner kickoff and onboarding through first transaction and ongoing development.
· Build and maintain partner training plans based on business priorities, learner needs, partner performance, product changes, and stakeholder feedback.
· Facilitate high-visibility virtual and in-person training on Intermedia products, features, pricing, positioning, tools, and processes using the instructor-led, participant-centered approach. (IL/PC)
· Adapt training for partner sellers, sales support teams, sales engineers, and support personnel while representing Intermedia professionally with each audience.
· Coordinate training logistics, communications, materials, attendance, and follow-up for onboarding programs, workshops, webinars, and partner events.
· Create and refine facilitator guides, presentations, hands-on activities, talk tracks, job aids, and other learning content for accuracy and practical application.
· Collaborate with Sales Training, Product, Marketing, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and update enablement programs.
· Use partner performance data, learner feedback, and training results to identify knowledge or skill gaps and improve enablement plans. Use Power BI and other available tools to support program measurement.
· Maintain high-priority Partner Enablement resources on the company intranet (MyIntermedia) and help ensure The Enablement Experience provides consistent, useful activity and outcome data to the Intermedia sales channel.
· Stay current on Intermedia solutions, channel trends, competitive developments, and partner needs to keep training content and sales conversations relevant.
· Manage multiple concurrent projects, communicate progress and risks, and work independently while contributing to team priorities.
What you'll bring
· At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, partner sales, or a closely related field.
· At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales training, facilitation, coaching, or enablement.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
· Demonstrated ability to facilitate instructor-led training in virtual and in-person settings and adjust delivery based on audience needs.
· Strong written communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
· Working knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, learning objectives, practice, feedback, and training evaluation.
· Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
· Ability to interpret performance data and learner feedback and translate findings into practical improvements.
· Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power BI, or comparable business tools.
· Ability to travel approximately 50 percent, including travel for partner training, meetings, and events.
Preferred experience
· Experience in unified communications, cloud communications, SaaS, telecommunications, or another technical B2B solution environment.
