About Role:

Finix is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own the health, growth, and productivity of our partnerships after they're signed. While our Strategic Partnerships Managers focus on sourcing and closing, you'll take the baton at close and turn those relationships into a reliable, scaling source of qualified pipeline and revenue.

You'll be the day-to-day owner of our partner portfolio, responsible for onboarding partners, driving Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), and keeping partners engaged and productive. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, relationship-driven, and energized by operational execution, comfortable managing many partners at once and obsessive about follow-through.

You Will:

  • Own the post-close partner relationship, serving as the primary point of contact for partners once agreements are signed
  • Drive SAO generation by actively working with partners to identify, qualify, and route new merchant leads into Finix's sales pipeline
  • Onboard and enable new partners, including training, resource sharing, and getting partners to first opportunity as quickly as possible
  • Manage day-to-day partner operations and administrative tasks, including tracking referrals, maintaining partner records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems
  • Monitor partner health and performance, proactively identifying at-risk or underperforming partners and building plans to re-engage them
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to ensure partner-sourced leads are followed up on and progressing through pipeline
  • Support partners with ongoing enablement, including marketing collateral, co-selling support, and answers to product or process questions
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics, including SAO volume, pipeline contribution, and sourced revenue by partner
  • Build and refine repeatable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing success as the program scales

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, account management, or a related relationship-management role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or payments company
  • Track record of managing a portfolio of relationships and driving measurable outcomes (pipeline, revenue, retention, or engagement)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle many partners and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfort with operational and administrative work, including CRM hygiene, reporting, and process management
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-changing, zero-to-one environment
  • Experience with CRM and partner tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM platforms, etc.)
Previous experience in payments or FinTech a plus
