What We Do

Rillet serves accounting and finance teams, the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.

Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.

We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.

Who We Are

Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.

The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.

Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.

Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.

Who We Need

Rillet has built a robust and rapidly growing partner ecosystem across the accounting and advisory landscape. We already partner with Big 4 firms, half of the Top 30 CPA firms, and a number of blue chip mid-market boutiques. Now, we’re ready to take it to the next level.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help make Rillet the agentic-ERP of choice for accounting and advisory firms everywhere. You’ll own and grow a portfolio of accounting partners, from emerging regional firms to some of the most influential firms in the ecosystem and be responsible for turning those relationships into active, productive, revenue-generating partnerships.

This isn’t about maintaining a partner list. It’s about activating an entire market. You’ll identify the firms we should be working with, build relationships with the right people inside them, enable their teams, create joint go-to-market opportunities, and ultimately turn accounting and advisory partners into one of Rillet’s most powerful growth engines.

We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our NYC or San Francisco offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

What You'll Do
  • Own outreach to a defined list of regional and mid-sized CPA firms, building relationships with practice leads, advisory partners, and other key stakeholders

  • Run a repeatable, high-volume outreach cadence — calls, emails, intro meetings — to move firms from first conversation to active, referral-sending partners

  • Own revenue generation across your partner portfolio, with clear targets for sourced pipeline and closed revenue

  • Deepen relationships within partner firms by expanding beyond a single champion, building multi-threaded relationships across practices, offices, and leadership teams

  • Educate partner contacts on Rillet and our ideal client profile so they can confidently identify, position, and send qualified opportunities

  • Keep pipeline data current in our partner tracking systems: contacts touched, relationship stage, referrals sent, pipeline generated, and deals closed

  • Support newly activated partners with onboarding and enablement — intro materials, FAQs, sales enablement, and warm handoffs

  • Identify opportunities to further activate high-potential partners through deeper enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, events, and account mapping

  • Flag firms showing outsized traction to the broader partnerships team so the priority list stays sharp and we continue investing behind the highest-potential relationships

  • Represent Rillet at select industry events, building relationships and expanding Rillet’s presence across the accounting community

Who We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role across business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or professional services, ideally within a technology or B2B SaaS company. Experience should include building relationships with external stakeholders, navigating multiple decision-makers, and proactively developing new relationships (outbound BDR, SDR, or AE experience is a strong plus).

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship-building; not afraid of the phone

  • Organized and detail-oriented you'll be responsible for accurate tracking across a large, active book of firms

  • Coachable and eager to run a structured playbook well, with the initiative to suggest improvements as you learn what works

  • Interest in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS is a plus, but not required — like the rest of Rillet, you don't need to be an accountant

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for flagship industry events (e.g., AICPA Engage, DCPA, etc.)

  • Fluent in navigating AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day workflows to research, problem-solve, and operate more efficiently.

The expected OTE salary range for this role is $120,000–$160,000 in New York City and San Francisco. Final compensation within this range will depend on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the role. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.

Note: All official Rillet recruiting communications will come from an @rillet.com email address. If you’re contacted from another domain, please disregard the message and report it as spam.
