About the Role:
As the People Operations Partner, you’ll have a meaningful impact by supporting our Finixians to succeed in their roles by being the first point of contact for questions and coordinating critical people programs.
This role will report directly to the VP of People and Talent. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance, Business Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to support ongoing projects and deliver strategic people support.
This hybrid role entails working in the office 4 days per week in our San Francisco HQ.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the employee lifecycle including Pre-boarding, On-boarding, and Off-boarding
- Be the go-to person to support our Finixians with any benefit, working norms, and policy questions.
- Create memorable moments for our Finixians, both in person and virtually, to drive Finixian engagement and team building.
- Own our HRIS (Paylocity) and People Team Tech Stack ( Workramp) to ensure accurate data around people changes and updates.
- Analyze and report monthly and quarterly People metrics and demographics to measure impact, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to the leadership team.
- Assist with the planning of Calibration reviews and Compensation cycles.
- Manage the People Team Confluence page
- Respond to audit, unemployment, and employment verification requests.
- Develop AI tooling to support our Finixians to be more impactful and efficient
About You:
- Someone who has done most of this. 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth organization.
- Knowledgeable of the law. Well-versed in local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- A fan of technology. You understand the need for tech to support scale and a human to guide the way. And excited about AI.
- One who sweats the small stuff. You know details matter and love tying up loose ends.
