Summary:
Client’s Digital Experience team is redefining how patients and customers engage with healthcare through AI-driven innovation, omni-channel strategy, and human-centered design. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high-impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands-on—shaping product vision, elevating design standards, and mentoring the next generation of designers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.
- Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.
- Lead design vision, standards, experimentation, and innovation workstreams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Analytics, Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.
- Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Define user needs, prioritize features, and set measurable experience KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end design execution—from research through delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal, Privacy & Compliance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in UX, product design, or experience design.
- Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision → roadmap → execution → measurement).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Experience working in agile environments.
