As our Lead, you’ll own your own requisitions and help keep the team running efficiently. You’ll serve as a true right-hand partner to TA management, which includes stepping in when needed and actively helping build, train, and scale the recruiting team. You’ll support TA leadership with resolving search bottlenecks, refining our day-to-day recruiting process, and maintaining high standards for how we partner with hiring managers across the company.

This position is ideal for an adaptable recruiter who excels in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease while maintaining compliance, and enjoys tackling complex searches.

This is a full-time role based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule.  A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On-site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
