The Role


We’re hiring someone to build, scale, and lead Stuut’s Private Equity Partnerships—connecting our AI-powered platform with the organizations that can accelerate adoption and drive measurable growth. You’ll work across large tech providers, PE firms, and CFO/accounting firms to forge strategic alliances that create revenue opportunities, expand our market presence, and deepen customer impact.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and execute partnerships that deliver both short-term wins and long-term market advantage. You’ll define our partner strategy, own key relationships, and lead a team to deliver on ambitious growth goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute Stuut’s partnership strategy to generate pipeline, close deals, and grow revenue.

  • Nurture existing relationships with leading PE firms, strengthening strategic ties.

  • Identify and onboard additional high-value technology and service partners.

  • Oversee co-selling, referral, and resale programs that drive measurable impact.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer teams to maximize partner-driven opportunities.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Are an investor, banker, or consultant looking to move into a cross-functional role that directly impacts revenue.

  • Have experience working with regional, national, and global partners.

  • Have built partnerships from scratch that span multiple go-to-market motions (sell-with, sell-to, white-label, product).

  • Are skilled at managing relationships from in-the-field execution to executive-level engagement.

  • Can segment partnerships into tiers and allocate resources effectively between low-touch and high-touch accounts.

  • Have driven a partner-sourced pipeline, influenced existing deals, and directly generated revenue through partnerships.

  • Have worked with a variety of partnership types, including BPO, MSP, consulting, private equity, and product.

  • Have experience creating commercial agreements across large portfolios.

  • Are comfortable negotiating deals that deliver mutual strategic value.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have direct sales experience.

  • Have worked with finance- & Accounting-related partnerships
