About You

You're the person who learns a product faster than anyone in the room and can turn around and explain it three different ways depending on who's asking. You get energy from teaching: watching a new AE go from lost to confident is your favorite part of the week. You're comfortable in a Slack thread and big challenges inspire you; you map the path and own the results. You're an early riser, and ready for your next adventure.

Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

We're hiring a Product Enablement Lead to be the connective tissue between what Product builds and what the field can actually sell, demo, and support. Levelpath is shipping fast, and our AEs, SCs, partners, customers, and support team all need to understand the product deeply and quickly. You'll become the product expert for enablement - turning every new release into training, certification, and demo-ready workflows. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the center of product and go-to-market, with real room to grow into a team lead as enablement expands.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our San Francisco Headquarters.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the go-to product expert for the go-to-market org: AEs, SCs, customer support, partners, and customers

  • Design and deliver product training across all of those audiences: live sessions, self-paced content, and certification checkpoints

  • Onboard new hires on the product and get them field-ready fast

  • Run new-release showcases; translate each release into "what it is, who it's for, how to demo it, how to talk about it" and get it into the field within days of ship

  • Build and maintain custom demo workflows and demo data that reps and SCs can pick up and run, tailored to key personas and industries

  • Contribute to and evolve our demo certification flows so reps are consistently demo-ready

  • Take an ownership role in customer and partner enablement programs (e.g., Ranger Academy)

  • Partner with Product to surface field feedback and shape what gets built next, based on what you hear across every audience you train

What you Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of professional experience including at least 3 years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product enablement, or a product-adjacent field role - ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Genuinely fast at learning technical products and explaining them simply to very different audiences

  • Strong demo instincts; comfortable building in the product, not just talking about it

  • Clear communicator

  • Experience building or running enablement or education programs; a customer or partner academy is a plus

  • Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work out of our San Francisco office

  • Bonus: procurement, fintech, or ERP/spend-management exposure; experience building demo environments

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations
