About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full lifecycle of user-facing product features, from shaping the design to releasing the finished work. This early-stage role suits an engineer with sound product judgment who works closely with company leadership in a small, high-ownership group.

What you'll do

- Take product features from concept through implementation and release, covering interaction design and code.

- Collect user feedback from community conversations and interviews, prioritize what matters and resolve issues directly.

- Assemble UI and UX components into polished, usable screens without a dedicated design engineer.

- Present finished work to colleagues and users, then refine it based on their reactions.

- Partner with company leadership on product direction, architecture and scope decisions.

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year of professional engineering experience, not counting internships.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, including shipping production code.

- Experience launching new product capabilities from scratch and taking responsibility for every stage.

- Strong product sense, with the ability to decide what to ship and explain the reasoning.

- Comfort building complete product screens independently from UI and UX components.

- Able to work on-site five days a week, or willing to relocate.

Bonus points

- Big tech background combined with startup experience.

- Active use of AI tools and developer tooling in daily work.

- Familiarity with the company's product as a user.
