About the company

Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full lifecycle of customer-facing features for a technical product, from early concept to live release. The work involves close collaboration with fellow engineers and direct contact with users, with their feedback steering priorities.

What you'll do

- Take new capabilities for technical users from first idea through to production release.

- Keep quality and stability high for everything you deliver, even when external conditions shift often.

- Shape loosely defined problems into simple, well-designed interfaces that are pleasant to work with.

- Collaborate with other engineers on roadmap choices and the tradeoffs involved.

- Use the product yourself and review reported issues to decide what to build next.

- Help customers troubleshoot their integrations and join customer calls while retaining ownership of the product.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

- A track record of releasing tools that outside engineers adopted, with real care for how they feel to use, including speed, output format and documentation.

- Production experience with browser automation, bot-detection avoidance or autonomous web agents, released to outside users.

- Daily use of AI coding assistants and a solid grasp of how AI agents interact with tools and web content.

- Experience owning features end to end without a dedicated product manager or designer, ideally as an early engineer at a small startup.

- Ability to describe a feature you cut or reworked because of observed user behavior, and the reasoning.

- Comfort working directly with customers.

- A preference for shipping, measuring and iterating over perfecting plans on paper.

- Willingness to work on-site five days a week, relocating before the start date if needed.

Benefits

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 235,000 to 260,000 per year

- Equity

- Health, dental and vision coverage

- Life and disability insurance

- Retirement plan

- Paid time off
