The product engineer will lead full-stack development, improve user experience, and mentor team members, focusing on mental health solutions for youth.
About the Role
We're looking for a product engineer to help advance our mission of solving the youth mental health crisis. Specifically we're looking to scale the life-changing care we're providing to thousands of families today to tens of thousands of families in the next few years, and we need help getting there. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who wants to go deep across the stack and own products end to end - whether that's product for schools, experiences for patients, an EHR for therapists, or internal tools that glue everything together.
You'll be a technical leader with strong product instincts, helping us build intuitive, elegant, and scalable software for the people who need it most. You'll collaborate closely with product, operations, growth and clinical teams, and have the opportunity to own key parts of our product end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Ship highly impactful products that delight our users
Own and evolve underlying technology & platform architecture
Up-level engineering standards and provide mentorship
Be a product partner and user advocate
