**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. PointClickCare’s focus on Integrated Care underscores the importance of care transitions between health-related care settings for healthcare providers, ACOs, payers, and governmental agencies, and the organizations that support these entities, such as Health Information Exchanges (HIEs).
PCC’s National Care Collaboration Network (NCCN) serves as a platform for surfacing relevant data and insights to drive improved care delivery and coordination through these transitions.
This role will have oversight of the strategy and delivery of key products and platform services within the NCCN in alignment with corporate strategy and investments in Integrate Care.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for core National Care Collaboration Network (NCCN) products, serving healthcare providers, payers, governmental agencies and HIEs, and certain platform-level services within the NCCN product portfolio
- Lead and support product commercialization and GTM activities, building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Work in lockstep with Engineering and UX management to deliver outcomes in an agile, product operating model. Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, State Directors/Market Leaders, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Finance, influencing to drive results and ensure product value propositions are well-understood and represented in the market. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influence skills—internally across functions and externally with partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps to all stakeholders, aligning on outcomes and using metrics to monitor our success and adjust along the way
- Lead and support product delivery efforts, including strong internal partnership with engineering, analytics, customer success, implementation, and other operational teams.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. Driven to continuously learn and understand internal and external customer needs and competitive landscape.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience managing products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals.
- Demonstrated mastery of outcome-driven product practices; discovery, opportunity assessment, experimentation, agile delivery, and post-launch learnings and iteration.
- High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Strong listening, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, particularly with regard to executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Federal / State / Local governmental agencies and/or Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) especially on large scale technical projects.
- Experience navigating platform products and matrix organizational structures.
- Experience working with Engineering to migrate platforms to cloud.
- Experience with direct customer / client engagement.
- Experience with technical products.
