Job Title: Product Manager Engineer Intern

Location: On-site 4 days in Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 8 weeks

About the Role:

As an AI Product Management Engineer intern, you will bridge product strategy, customer needs, and technical execution to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software development, data science, and user experience to define, build, and optimize products that create measurable business value. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to translate opportunities into product requirements and scalable AI capabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide the development of AI-driven products from concept through delivery. This includes shaping product vision, gathering stakeholder feedback, defining requirements, supporting model and feature development, and ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. You will also help evaluate model performance, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement across AI products and workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the roadmap for AI-powered product capabilities
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop and deliver AI solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve product functionality
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities
  • Support the design, testing, and optimization of AI models and product features
  • Analyze product performance, user feedback, and data insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure product experiences are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with user needs
  • Stay informed on the latest AI technologies, market trends, and competitive developments

Contribute to building AI solutions that transform user experiences and business outcomes  

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in or strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and product management
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technologies and AI trends
  • Familiarity with AI and development tools. Capable of using AI tools to develop prototypes. 
  • Knowledge of software development, data analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
