At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About the Product Team

You’ll join a lean, world-class Product Team. We’ve thought deeply about what winning product culture looks like in competitive markets being reshaped by AI. The team prizes founder-level commercial instinct, the bandwidth to cover broad areas, and extremely fast iteration aided by product-minded engineers and AI. We’re the team that invented Reverse ETL, pioneered the Composable architecture, landed AI Decisioning as a category, and most recently invented Agentic Marketing.

Why this role matters

This portfolio is the majority of Hightouch's revenue — and it deserves a single, dedicated owner. Audiences, traits, experiments, analytics, and orchestration are the surfaces our customers live in every day, but the unifying vision across them has so far been carried by founders and shared across the team. We're hiring this role to change that: one person accountable for the health, direction, and growth of our core.

What you’ll own

We're looking for a product leader for the core surface area of Hightouch: the interfaces marketers live in every day and the largest driver of our revenue. You'll own a broad portfolio spanning:

  • Audiences — the segmentation and targeting experience at the center of Hightouch
  • Charts & Dashboards — analytics surfaces for customers to uncover audience insights and monitor performance
  • Experiments — automation and measurement tools to run & monitor cross-channel experiments
  • Trait Building — no-code interfaces to build custom business logic and data attributes to power marketing campaigns
  • Orchestration — primitives for how campaigns and journeys are sequenced and coordinated globally across all of Hightouch

We need someone who can drive clarity, set prioritization, and bring a unifying vision across that entire portfolio.

What you’ll do

The role’s mandate spans multiple modes of product work: from 0-1 innovation to deepening established surfaces to scaling emerging areas. A significant part of the job will be deciding what to prioritize and what outcomes to achieve in which order to hit our company revenue goals. Some examples include:

  • Building 0→1 in global orchestration: defining the right audience, campaign and journey primitives for AI-native, Fortune 100-class marketing programs
  • Expanding audience targeting & syncing to better support advanced use cases like couponing and live auctions
  • Transforming our investment in charts, dashboards, and experimentation to better interface with Hightouch Agentic Marketing

This is a senior, hands-on role — think “product GM.” You'll be fully accountable for both product adoption and go-to-market success, leading across multiple Engineering and Design workstreams. You'll present frequently to customers, work directly with executives, and shape company strategy.

About You

  • Customer Obsession: You are a relentless customer champion. Your superpower is the ability to forge deep connections, intuitively anticipating needs before customers can even articulate them.
  • Technical Aptitude: More than just understanding technical concepts, you're a translator who turns complex engineering challenges into elegant, accessible solutions. You speak both engineer and business fluently.
  • Strong Communicator: You can drive clarity and distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire teams and resonate with users, turning insights into action.
  • Hunger and Speed: Speed isn't just a preference for you—it's a way of life. You thrive in a high-energy environment where rapid iteration and bold moves are the default, not the exception.
  • Outcome Mindset: You're not a feature factory—you're a strategic mastermind who reverse-engineers success. Every decision you make is laser-focused on driving measurable business impact, turning product vision into tangible results.

Interview Process

  • Hiring Manager Interview [30m]: Chat with Hiring Manager about past experiences and interests to assess role and company fit.
  • Technical & UX Interview [90m]: Live conversation with a Product Manager covering the technical architecture and user experience of a potential feature inside Hightouch.
  • Case Study Interview: Part 1 [45m]: Presentation of the take-home case study (1st part), focusing on problem space discovery and GTM validation.
  • Case Study Interview: Part 2 [45m]: Presentation of the take-home case study (2nd part), focusing on solution mapping and MVP scope.

We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $320,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.
