Role Overview
Mastercard's EDE Salesforce team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead and deliver strategic initiatives on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong administration and consulting expertise, capable of driving complex programs across cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in solution design, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment, while supporting ongoing M&A integration efforts across Mastercard's Salesforce ecosystem. Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications (required)• Slack admin experience is a plus• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities• Experience in managing CPQ/RCA is a plus.• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools• Hands-on experience with data management (data loads, mapping templates, Excel models)• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence (matrix leadership)• Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value• Experience with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce) and Order Management systems• Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Seismic)• Experience managing third-party AppExchange solutions• Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems
