The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead product strategy and delivery for a new developer-focused offering and a core platform engine, from discovery through launch. Work across engineering, design and go-to-market teams to ship features, shape pricing and packaging, and take accountability for the commercial results of the product line.

What you'll do

- Own a new, developer-first product from zero to one, guiding it from concept to launch.

- Run discovery and design partnerships with existing and prospective customers to validate needs and iterate quickly.

- Define the go-to-market approach, pricing and packaging, including how customers adopt, scale and convert to paid usage.

- Own the core platform engine, including billing, usage credits, quality, coverage and compliance.

- Partner closely with engineering, design and go-to-market colleagues across time zones to ship features that drive adoption and revenue.

- Be accountable for the P&L of the product line, tracking revenue, take rate and net dollar retention.

- Work through API design decisions with engineers, weighing trade-offs and how implementation complexity affects adoption.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- Seasoned product management background in subscription software sold to businesses.

- Track record of launching products or scaling them from an early stage, or fully owning a business product line.

- Experience shaping go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging.

- Experience running design partnerships, building prototypes and working with software vendor partners.

- Working knowledge of API concepts and developer-oriented products.

- Strong self-direction, drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Comfortable spending most of the work week in the office under a hybrid schedule.

Bonus points

- Experience with data enrichment, sales technology or go-to-market tooling.

- Experience with developer-focused products.

- Base salary: USD 155,000 to 193,000 per year
