The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take charge of a product roadmap and carry it from planning through release, partnering with engineers every day and with business clients directly. This is an autonomous, client-facing position suited to an early-career product professional who wants broad ownership.
What you'll do
- Lead the product roadmap for current accounts, covering shared platform work, tailored client rollouts and fresh use cases.
- Meet with client teams to learn how they operate, collect needs and pinpoint where effort will matter most.
- Work side by side with engineers to define, build and launch automation features.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, keeping in regular touch and visiting in person when needed.
- Convert client feedback into clear, ranked product priorities.
- Grow your technical understanding of the underlying systems, using AI tools to get up to speed fast.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Product management background at a startup or large technology company, or consulting experience at a leading strategy firm.
- A track record of owning relationships with large business accounts from start to finish.
- Familiarity with healthcare, revenue cycle or health insurance.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or another quantitative discipline.
- Technical fluency and comfort using AI tools.
- A risk-tolerant, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for ownership.

- Base salary: USD 160,000 to 220,000 per year
