About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own product discovery and delivery for a new software offering, partnering closely with customers and engineers. You will move from understanding user workflows to shipping and measuring features, and report learnings to company leadership regularly.

What you'll do

- Interview and observe customers in their daily operations to uncover the most significant pain points.

- Create early prototypes and use customer walkthroughs to refine ideas quickly.

- Spend roughly half of your time alongside engineers, translating customer insights into requirements, giving product input and reviewing work through to release.

- Convert individual customer requests into scalable features that serve the whole customer base, across both new products and enhancements to the core platform.

- Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, NPS and time saved, and share learnings with company leadership each week.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Prior product management experience, preferably from a smaller, rapidly growing company; a career spent only at very large technology firms is not a fit.

- Hands-on engineering experience before moving into product, such as full stack or founding engineer work, and the ability to reason from first principles.

- Strong product instincts developed in B2B software, ideally within regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.

- A track record managing products built around complex operational processes, or updating outdated systems.

- A low-ego, scrappy approach with a deep focus on customers and a willingness to do hands-on work.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science.

- Ability to work hybrid three days a week in the office and authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Bonus points

- Experience with AI products in healthcare or similar regulated sectors.
