As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll own an entire problem domain end-to-end—from strategy to execution to continuous iteration. You’llpartner closely with our co-founders, to build the future of Kira. You’ll work across engineering, design, and GTM to define the roadmap and deliver high-quality features at a fast cadence. This role is perfect for someone who’s scrappy, low ego, decisive, and obsessive about getting real product into users’ hands and make a meaningful impact on educational outcomes for students.
What You’ll DoOwn your product area from discovery and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and specs.
Work deeply across the stack: frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML components.
Collaborate tightly with engineering to break down work, unblock teams, and ship quickly.
Use data, user research, and intuition to drive prioritization decisions.
Rally cross-functional stakeholders around a clear vision while keeping execution crisp.
Drive a culture of fast learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain high product quality while being scrappy and pragmatic in a startup environment.
5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with startup or zero-to-one experience.
Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, data pipelines, model behavior, and UX tradeoffs.
Proven track record of owning a domain and launching complex products at high velocity.
Ability to work across frontend, backend, and AI teams with credibility and empathy.
Exceptional execution skills: you keep teams aligned, focused, and shipping.
Low-ego collaborator who values clarity, resilience, and teamwork more than titles.
Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, copilots, workflow automation, or similar) is a major plus.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained Series A environment.
$160,000–$210,000 salary + meaningful equity
