Kira is transforming how people learn by using AI to empower teachers to deliver personalized learning at scale. We’re backed by top investors and driven by a team that is deeply passionate about using technology to change education.

As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll own an entire problem domain end-to-end—from strategy to execution to continuous iteration. You’llpartner closely with our co-founders, to build the future of Kira. You’ll work across engineering, design, and GTM to define the roadmap and deliver high-quality features at a fast cadence. This role is perfect for someone who’s scrappy, low ego, decisive, and obsessive about getting real product into users’ hands and make a meaningful impact on educational outcomes for students.

What You’ll Do
  • Own your product area from discovery and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration.

  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and specs.

  • Work deeply across the stack: frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML components.

  • Collaborate tightly with engineering to break down work, unblock teams, and ship quickly.

  • Use data, user research, and intuition to drive prioritization decisions.

  • Rally cross-functional stakeholders around a clear vision while keeping execution crisp.

  • Drive a culture of fast learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain high product quality while being scrappy and pragmatic in a startup environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with startup or zero-to-one experience.

  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, data pipelines, model behavior, and UX tradeoffs.

  • Proven track record of owning a domain and launching complex products at high velocity.

  • Ability to work across frontend, backend, and AI teams with credibility and empathy.

  • Exceptional execution skills: you keep teams aligned, focused, and shipping.

  • Low-ego collaborator who values clarity, resilience, and teamwork more than titles.

  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, copilots, workflow automation, or similar) is a major plus.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained Series A environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $160,000–$210,000 salary + meaningful equity

  • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, including a medical insurance plan with 100% coverage of employee premiums

  • Flexible PTO policy and company holidays

  • DoorDash credit for lunch daily
