About Creatify

Creatify is building the world's first end-to-end AI advertising agent — a platform that automates the entire video ad lifecycle, from scripting and avatar-led generation to testing, optimization, and publishing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

We've surpassed 3 million users across 18,000+ teams. Leading brands — including AppLovin, Alibaba, HubSpot, Binance, NewsBreak, and Zumper — use Creatify to produce personalized, high-performing video ads in minutes. We've raised $24M from leading Silicon Valley firms including WndrCo, Kindred Ventures, Millennium New Horizons, NFDG, Comcast Ventures, and Creator Ventures, and have been covered by Fast Company, TechCrunch, and Bloomberg TV. Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans reinventing the advertising industry with AI.

About the Role

This is Creatify's first dedicated Product Marketing hire. You won't be optimizing an existing machine — you'll build the product marketing function from the ground up. The company is at an inflection point: strong product-market fit, explosive user growth, and a rapidly expanding product surface (avatars, ad generation, testing, publishing, and new AI capabilities shipping constantly). You'll own how we position, launch, and tell the story of every product we ship — turning fast-moving AI capability into clear value that users and brands understand and buy. High agency, high visibility, and deeply collaborative across Product, Growth, Sales, and the founders.

What You'll Do

- Own product positioning and messaging — translate a fast-evolving AI product into sharp, differentiated value propositions for self-serve users, teams, and enterprise brands.

- Drive go-to-market for every launch: plan, coordinate, and execute product and feature launches end-to-end across web, in-product, email, social, and PR.

- Build the launch engine — repeatable processes, tiers, and playbooks so Creatify ships launches with consistent quality and impact as velocity increases.

- Deeply understand our users and buyers (marketers, agencies, growth teams, brands) — run customer and competitive research to sharpen segmentation, messaging, and pricing/packaging.

- Partner with Growth to improve activation and conversion — website, landing pages, onboarding narrative, and lifecycle content that moves users from sign-up to value.

- Enable Sales with positioning, decks, battlecards, case studies, and competitive intelligence that win deals.

- Own the competitive landscape — track the AI-video/ad-tech space and turn insight into positioning advantage.

- Create compelling proof: customer stories, use cases, and results that show what Creatify makes possible.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in product marketing, with a track record of owning positioning and driving launches for a fast-moving software product.

- Proven ability to turn a complex or technical product into clear, compelling messaging that converts.

- Strong writer and storyteller — you can go from customer insight to crisp copy without heavy hand-holding.

- Analytical and outcome-oriented — you pair narrative instincts with data (funnel, activation, conversion, win/loss).

- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed in an early, high-velocity environment; you build the process rather than inherit it.

- Excellent cross-functional collaborator across Product, Growth, Sales, and leadership.

Nice to Have

- Experience marketing an AI, creative-tooling, martech, or ad-tech product.

- Familiarity with both PLG/self-serve and sales-assisted motions.

- Background working with or inside marketing agencies or brand/growth teams (our core users).

- Hands-on with modern PMM and content tooling; comfortable being technical on the basics.
