Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for a global Product Marketing Manager to drive Fieldwire's growth, with a particular focus on enterprise customers and large general contractors, specialty contractors, and construction owners.  

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will develop positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and thought leadership programs that help customers understand how Fieldwire solves real construction challenges.  

The ideal candidate brings experience in enterprise SaaS, construction technology, or adjacent industries and has a passion for translating complex technology into compelling customer value. 

The primary responsibilities for our next Product Marketing Manager will be to: 

Go-to-Market Leadership 

  • Lead global go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, feature releases, integrations, and platform initiatives. 
  • Develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to enterprise construction customers. 
  • Build launch plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. 

Market Intelligence 

  • Develop deep expertise in the North American construction technology landscape. 
  • Monitor competitive trends and emerging technologies, including AI, BIM, project management, and field productivity solutions. 
  • Conduct customer research, interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to uncover market opportunities. 

Sales Enablement 

  • Create sales presentations, battlecards, customer-facing assets, and training materials. 
  • Support enterprise sales cycles through customer presentations, webinars, and marketing campaigns. 
  • Equip sales teams with clear messaging and competitive differentiation. 

Content & Thought Leadership 

  • Develop compelling content across blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, case studies, events, and digital campaigns. 
  • Partner with customers to showcase success stories and measurable business outcomes. 
  • Help position Fieldwire as a trusted voice in construction technology, AI, BIM, and field productivity. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing teams to align priorities and drive business outcomes. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer across the organization. 

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Product Marketing Manager  to have the following skills and experiences 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Marketing, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS products.  
  • Construction technology experience strongly preferred (Field Management, Project Management, BIM, ERP, Scheduling, Document Management, AI, or related solutions).  
  • Demonstrated success launching products and driving adoption in enterprise markets.  
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to create compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.  
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Compensation: 

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 30%.

Where is the job located? 

This role is hybrid in San Francisco, California. Our headquarters are based in beautiful San Francisco and our office is centrally located right off of Embarcadero Bart station.
