About Us

At Rox (https://rox.com/), we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x'd engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world's first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition.

Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team

Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

  • Founded and exited successful companies

  • Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic

  • Won IMO and IOI gold medals

  • Published field-defining papers

We're backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

Core PrinciplesTaste: Craft beautiful experiences.

No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.

Obsession: Commit unreasonably.

In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers' requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.

Action: Get it done.

Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.

Your Role

Rox is changing how revenue teams work. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can get deep into the product, understand what matters to customers, and make the value clear.

You'll join a small Product Marketing team with broad ownership across positioning, product launches, demos, sales enablement, and technical content. You might spend one morning working with Engineering to understand a new capability, the afternoon building a compelling demo, and the next day helping Sales bring the story into a customer conversation.

This is a generalist role for someone who enjoys both shaping the strategy and making the work. You should be an excellent writer, comfortable with technical concepts, and willing to use the product until you understand what it can actually do. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to bring new capabilities to market and turn customer feedback into better messaging and product decisions.

If you have strong judgment, care about the details, and like turning complex products into stories people understand and act on, we'd love to talk.

Responsibilities
  • Own product launches from understanding to adoption. Define the audience, customer problem, positioning, and desired action. Build the launch materials, coordinate execution, and follow through on how customers and sellers respond.

  • Make our product story clear and distinctive. Develop messaging grounded in what Rox does, why it matters, and how it changes the way revenue teams work. Keep that story consistent as the product and market evolve.

  • Build compelling demos and content. Create product demos, video scripts, website copy, presentations, and customer communications. Find concrete examples that show the product doing meaningful work.

  • Get fluent in the technology. Work directly with Product and Engineering to understand capabilities, integrations, APIs, and the context that powers our revenue agent. Translate that understanding into accurate, accessible content for business and technical audiences.

  • Help Sales win. Build pitch materials, competitive guidance, use cases, and talk tracks that sellers can use in real conversations. Stay close to the field to understand what resonates, where buyers get stuck, and what needs to improve.

  • Turn customer outcomes into evidence. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to uncover useful examples, measurable results, and customer stories that strengthen our launches, sales materials, and market positioning.

  • Bring market insight back to the product. Turn customer conversations, competitive research, and analyst feedback into clear recommendations for messaging and product priorities.

  • Build repeatable ways to work. Improve how we launch, maintain content, and equip the field so that quality and speed increase as Rox scales.

Qualifications
  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or a closely related role, with meaningful ownership of bringing B2B software products to market

  • A strong generalist who can move across messaging, launches, content, demos, and enablement, and make sound decisions about where to focus

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain a complex idea clearly, lead with what matters, and cut what doesn't

  • Technical curiosity and fluency: you can work through product behavior with an engineer, understand how systems connect, and explain the implications to a customer. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable exploring unfamiliar tools and technical documentation

  • Evidence of work you personally built and shipped, such as a product launch, demo, webpage, sales narrative, or technical explainer

  • Strong ownership and follow-through: you can take an ambiguous problem, propose an approach, bring in the right people, and carry it through to completion

  • High standards for accuracy, storytelling, and presentation, paired with the judgment to move quickly

  • Comfort working closely with customers and sellers, asking good questions, and changing your approach when the evidence calls for it

  • Hands-on use of AI tools to research, create, and improve your work, with careful judgment about the quality of their output

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco and work from our office

Experience with enterprise software, AI products, revenue technology, or developer tools is especially relevant. We also welcome candidates from solutions engineering, technical content, or other roles who can demonstrate strong product marketing judgment and craft.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision, including 100% company-paid plans for you and eligible dependents

  • Company-paid life & AD&D, plus short- and long-term disability

  • 401(k) with automatic enrollment

  • Unlimited PTO, plus paid sick leave, company holidays, and bereavement

  • Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% pay (birth, adoption, or foster)

  • Wellness stipend: $375/quarter

  • Learning stipend: up to $2,000/year

  • Internet & cell phone stipend: $25/month

  • Mental health support, virtual care, and care navigation

  • Fertility & family-building support, plus backup care membership

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits (transit & parking)

  • SF HQ: daily catered breakfast & lunch, meal allowances, and rideshare support when commuting to the office

Please share your resume and two or three examples of work you're proud of. Tell us what you personally owned, who it was for, and what happened after it shipped.
