About the role
Plenful is transforming healthcare’s neglected back office into an era of AI-powered speed and precision. Our 340B Audit & Optimization suite is already creating measurable impact for 95+ enterprise customers, and we’re looking for a Sr Product Marketing Manager to own the release of future solution modules and scale the stories we tell about it.

This role is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and operator. You’ll create compelling content that fuels our sales, customer success, and demand gen engines, while partnering cross-functionally to help our team and our customers understand the real-world value of our 340B solutions. This role reports to our Head of Marketing and is an owner from day one, with an opportunity to grow as we scale the product marketing function.
What You'll Do

  • Own product messaging and positioning for Plenful's 340B suite, ensuring Sales, CS, and BDRs always have accurate, resonant messaging tailored to pharmacy directors, compliance officers, and health system operations leaders.
  • Lead the development of 340B-focused content across the full buyer journey: sales decks, battlecards, 1-pagers, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and objection-handling guides.
  • Drive sales enablement for the 340B solution: developing training materials, hosting regular sales trainings, and maintaining a current, accessible library of GTM assets.
  • Own customer marketing for 340B: sourcing proof points from CS, developing case studies, and producing expansion-focused content that deepens product adoption and supports retention.
  • Support partner marketing efforts alongside the Head of Marketing: contributing co-branded content, partner-facing collateral, and joint GTM materials that bring our strategic 340B partnerships to market effectively.
  • Support product launch communications for 340B feature releases: from internal rollouts and sales training to external-facing content and customer comms.
  • Partner with BDRs and the ABM Manager on persona-specific messaging and outreach sequences targeting 340B buyers.
  • Co-own 340B-themed webinar content and narratives with the Head of Marketing, helping craft compelling programming that drives awareness and pipeline.

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on product marketing and/or content marketing. Healthtech or pharmacy experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with 340B compliance, pharmacy revenue cycle, or adjacent regulated workflows is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to write high-impact product content with a strong instinct for clarity, voice, and buyer empathy. We're looking for someone who writes memorable content meant for humans.
  • Proficiency in Claude, can speak to proven AI projects that have amplified PMM work, harnessed sales/market insights, and created value for the broader org.
  • Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and partnering closely with GTM teams on training, enablement, and storytelling.
  • Strong learning agility: you pick up new industries, buyer personas, and technical concepts quickly and can translate them into messaging that resonates. You don't need to know 340B on day one, but you need to be curious, excited, and ultimately become one of the experts.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to prioritize, execute, and ship quality work on deadline, with limited oversight.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and CMS platforms preferred (Plenful.com is built on Webflow).
  • Keen to build repeatable, well-documented playbooks as we scale the product marketing function.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a bias toward measurable impact.
Plenful Perks
  • Great benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance, meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options
  • Join an all-star team with direct access to executive leadership
  • Opportunities to further develop and refine your partnership acumen by partnering with our seasoned leaders
