About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

As Product Ops Manager - Payments, you'll own the rollout and operation of Nclusion's remittance corridors across active markets. You'll own the operational readiness signal for corridor launches, like regulatory clearance, correspondent/partner readiness, anagent network capacity while working directly with Product on roadmap and scoping, and with Country GMs on expansion sequencing. You'll bring order and rigor to a fast-moving, cross-border, compliance-sensitive product and make sure it scales safely, not just quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end rollout of remittance products in each market, from corridor setup through go-live, GTM and stabilization in the network.
  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering on corridor scoping, bridging field and regulatory reality with technical product readiness, and contributing to the roadmap with performance & customer feedback.
  • Support Country GMs in sequencing remittance launches against local demand, regulation, and agent network readiness.
  • Track remittance KPIs (volume, transaction success rates, cost) and quality signals (complaints, failures, distrust), and drive corrective action.
  • Collaborate with broader Operations Leadership with broader market launch plans.
  • Ensure agent network readiness, including Agent onboarding, KYC etc.
  • Build scalable SOPs and compliance checklists that repeat across corridors.
  • Monitor cross-border and crypto-enabled remittance trends and evaluate fit.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years in remittance, cross-border payments, or fintech ops, ideally in emerging or frontier markets.
  • Working knowledge of cross-border regulatory frameworks - MTL, correspondent banking, AML/CTF, sanctions screening.
  • Experience launching or scaling remittance corridors/products in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Experience negotiating and managing vendor/partner relationships (payment rails, banks, MTOs) directly.
  • Strong analytical rigor able to read corridor and transaction data and turn it into action.
  • Cross-functional experience with Product, Compliance, and local market leadership.
  • Crypto/stablecoin rail knowledge is a plus.
