  • Own end-to-end program management for complex communications initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependency tracking, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and impact.
  • Lead special projects aimed at strengthening and scaling the Communications function.
  • Support executive communications efforts, including development of briefing materials, background documents, and preparation for key engagements.
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
  • Provide clear status reporting, risk identification, and actionable recommendations to Communications leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, ideally within communications, marketing, or a related function.
  • Experience working within or closely alongside a communications organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong program management capabilities, including multi-workstream planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating in a global, cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity, alignment, and results.
  • A strong integrator who connects people, priorities, and information across the organization.
