Compensation: $131,010 – $196,300 / yr+ yearly bonus + sign-on RSUs
We are seeking a Rack Level Integration Engineer to support the integration, validation, and testing of advanced AI compute rack solutions. This role involves working with servers, accelerators, networking switches, power systems, cooling solutions, and optical interconnects to ensure reliable rack performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities- Integrate and validate AI compute rack hardware and software components
- Configure and test servers, switches, accelerators, power, and cooling systems
- Perform rack setup, qualification, and performance testing
- Support rack-level monitoring, management, and automation functions
- Integrate smart PDUs and optical interconnect solutions
- Execute hands-on lab racking and stacking activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, customers, and vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on rack-level integration experience
- Strong understanding of AI compute rack architecture and integrated components
- Knowledge of rack-level management and integration best practices
- Experience testing and qualifying rack-level solutions
- Proficiency with Mechanical and Thermal CAD tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with rack-level optical interconnects
- Background in high-tech, AI infrastructure, or data center environments
