Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.

About the Role

As the Recruiting Coordinator at Figure, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, refining our processes, and ensuring we are consistently attracting and hiring top talent. Your role will include scheduling interviews, streamlining interview workflows, supporting onboarding, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a white glove candidate experience, focused on high volume scheduling
  • Own the interview scheduling process from first phone screen to onsite
  • Act as a welcoming host for onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates
  • Collaborate with the People team to address recruiting operations issues
  • Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Google Suite, Slack and others
  • Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally with candidates and hiring partners, following up consistently to keep the hiring process running
  • Coordinate all aspects of recruiting events including logistical details for out-of-town candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills 

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Human Resources Specialist, preferably in a technology or robotics environment
  • Experience with recruiting tools and platforms such as Greenhouse and GSuite

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000 - $125,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
