As a Recruiting Coordinator at Spectrum, you will be the vital link between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, providing essential support from interview scheduling to onboarding. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance will help Spectrum attract top talent and drive organizational growth.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving smoothly
  • Create and route job requisitions for approval to ensure proper workflow
  • Serve as a backup to Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documents when needed
  • Initiate background checks and monitor reports to ensure timely onboarding
  • Maintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies and laws
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc reports and support for special projects as requested by Recruiters or HR Leaders

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience providing recruiting, human resources or administrative support

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Sound judgment, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Prior ATS experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between
$20.00 and $33.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
