Job Description

The Regional Digital Integration Lead will coordinate with Global Engineering and provide regional leadership for operational technologies and digital manufacturing enablement by accelerating deployment of digital elements of the Agilent Manufacturing Operating System, advancing digital capabilities, and establishing frameworks, standards, and practices required to scale data-driven manufacturing solutions across Americas Regional Manufacturing. Build the partnerships, networks, and site-level ownership needed to develop local agency and create self-sustaining digital capabilities across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between regional manufacturing sites and global teams, helping translate enterprise digital initiatives into scalable manufacturing capabilities.
  • Lead regional deployment and adoption of digital manufacturing frameworks, governance models, and best practices in partnership with regional deployment stakeholders and site teams, building shared ownership and the local capability to sustain and expand solutions independently.
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies, AI applications, and manufacturing use cases to identify opportunities for operational improvement and business needs.
  • Conduct assessments of manufacturing processes, data flows, and digital capabilities to identify opportunities for increased digitalization, connectivity, and standardization.
  • Partner with site teams to develop digital foundation plans, including manufacturing data landscape mapping, data stewardship models, identification of critical data stakeholders, and clear local ownership for ongoing execution.
  • Champion adoption of electronic manufacturing records (EBR), manufacturing execution systems (MES), manufacturing data accessibility, and connected digital ecosystems.
  • Establish regional incubators that connect common digital ecosystems to actionable data analytics and AI-enabled decision support that drive quality, yield, delivery, and cost improvements.
  • Develop frameworks for opportunity evaluation, pilot governance, solution validation, and scalable deployment of digital initiatives.
  • Develop AI literacy, digital skills, and technical outreach programs that equip site teams to evaluate opportunities, make informed decisions, and sustain digital capabilities with increasing independence.
  • Build and sustain communities of practice, digital champion networks, and cross-site knowledge-sharing forums that enable peer partnership, reuse proven approaches, and reduce dependence on centralized support.
  • Track adoption, performance metrics, and business impact of digital initiatives to support continuous improvement and investment decisions.
  • Support implementation of OT cybersecurity, ISRM, data governance, AI validation, and regulatory compliance requirements associated with digital initiatives.
  • Identify risks, capability gaps, and infrastructure requirements that may impact successful adoption of future digital solutions.

Expected Outcome:

Accelerate regional manufacturing sites toward an inter-connected manufacturing network through increased digital maturity, stronger data foundations, improved technology adoption, expanded AI capabilities, scalable innovation practices, and effective alignment with enterprise digital frameworks. Establish collaborative networks and durable site-level capability so teams can own, sustain, and advance digital solutions.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Science, Physical Science, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, OT, automation, or digital manufacturing.
  • Experience implementing and scaling digital manufacturing solutions, such as MES, EBR, manufacturing data systems, or connected factory technologies.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing data, OT cybersecurity, data governance, and digital technology practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site, matrix initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders.
