We’re hiring a Regional Project Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Newark, CA and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scope of project installation and completion of project scope. May be required to lead and mentor program and project managers.

Salary range: $85,000-125,000/year. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
  • Must be able to train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to all Pump and Power locations to help set up correct procedures
  • Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations
  • Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
  • Develop multi skill level Pump and Power Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
  • Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications
  • Engineer and manage large projects

Skills & Qualifications 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high efficiency, meeting budget and timeline
  • Proficient in Google Suites, ability to adapt to applications and software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to details while multi-tasking priorities 
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and make decisions on company’s behalf
  • Ability to exhibit strong leadership skills and serve as a mentor 
  • Ability to travel frequently
Education and Experience
  • Past project management/job foreman experience 
  • Must be a subject matter expert in Pump, Power and HVAC equipment
  • Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) required
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time 
  • Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
