ABOUT QUINCE

Quince is a destination for builders, creators, innovators, and operators who want to come together and challenge the status quo. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world’s finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes  and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast.

What began with a small assortment of elevated basics has quickly grown into a cross-category brand spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and more. Today, tens of millions of people across a growing number of countries come – and return – to Quince because they trust us to deliver.

OUR CULTURE

Quince is a culture built for builders by builders. Our way of working starts with a blank sheet of paper. We question conventional thinking, use technology and data to uncover new opportunities, and move quickly to turn ideas into reality. We aren’t interested in replicating how others do retail. We’re building a better way – at a speed and scale unlike anything that’s been done before.

  • We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA.  Where conventional wisdom says you have to choose – soft or durable, speed or rigor, quality or price – we ask why that trade-off has to exist in the first place.
  • Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths.
  • Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory.

If you’re someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you.

THE ROLE

Regional Sales Lead, Midwest

As Regional Sales Lead for Quince’s Midwest territory, you will drive $8-figure growth while building and coaching a high-performing team of 5-12 Account Executives. This is a rare “player-coach” role: you’ll spend your time architecting regional strategy at 30,000 feet while rolling up your sleeves to help close complex enterprise deals. You’ll combine tactical enterprise grit with the leadership intuition necessary to build a world-class sales culture—all while operating in a fast-paced, startup environment where the bar is high and ownership is expected from day one.

Your region spans 14 Midwest states: IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, and WI.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor a team of 5-12 Account Executives, focusing on professional development, tactical closing skills, and performance accountability
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for the Midwest region, owning full team integration through 30/60/90-day benchmarks
  • Run high-energy weekly standups, 1:1s, and regional offsites; set the pace and standard for excellence
  • Own the regional revenue target by identifying high-value enterprise opportunities and driving net-new pipeline through proactive engagement
  • Join key client meetings and industry events to provide executive presence, navigate complex procurement cycles, and help close deals
  • Maintain “source of truth” integrity in HubSpot; oversee pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and real-time reporting dashboards
  • Develop, manage, and grow your own book of business alongside your team’s growth
  • Be the ultimate subject matter expert on Quince’s B2B model, product assortment, and customization capabilities for both clients and your team
  • Constantly iterate on sales playbooks, tech stacks, and team infrastructure to remove friction and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Proactively identify opportunities for regional expansion and creative positioning within the segment

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently hitting $5M+ annual quotas
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Power-user of CRMs (HubSpot preferred) with ability to maintain pipeline integrity and leverage data for strategy
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments while maintaining rigor and accountability
  • Excellent proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving skills and flexibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across levels
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Preferred:

  • Experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  • Background in corporate gifting, promotional products, or apparel sales (ASI, PPAI)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for prospecting, research, and outreach
