Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for a “Revenue Accountant” based out of Milpitas, CA.

Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of FT Conversion)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to support revenue accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ASC 606, U.S. GAAP, and experience with ERP systems in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606, U.S. GAAP, and SOX controls.
  • Support ERP system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting or public accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred: Big 4 or public accounting experience is a plus.
