Why We’re Hiring This Role

As Vapi scales rapidly toward our next phase of growth, the Revenue Operations team is helping to build a world-class revenue engine. The Revenue Operations Analyst will collectively be responsible for a mix of Data Quality, GTM Systems, Project Management, Enablement, and Analytics. This is a generalist role allowing for broad skill development. You will empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers in a high-velocity, technical AI environment.

What You’ll Do

Data Quality: Validate account and opportunity data and recommend improvements

GTM Systems: Help troubleshoot issues and configure new users

Project Management: Design and operationalize improvements to streamline the work of customer-facing roles. Ensure every function in the GTM org runs with consistency and scale.

Enablement: Equip our AEs, SDRs, and broader GTM team with the frameworks, playbooks, and training they need to execute at a high level. This includes onboarding programs, sales coaching, competitive battlecards, and product launch material.

Analytics & Insights: Build reports and dashboards that give GTM leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts. Translate data into decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity.

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.

Exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.

Builder mindset: You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments and enjoy creating durable processes from scratch.

How We Work:

Build something worthy of love - Craft matters. We aim to build products and experiences customers genuinely love, not just tolerate.

Commit and follow through - We finish what we start and build trust by being people others can count on.

Why not today? - We value urgency and momentum. The fastest path to customer value usually wins.

Seek raw input - We go directly to customers, data, and teammates instead of relying on summaries or assumptions.

It’s our problem - We operate as one team. We share credit, own mistakes together, and support each other when things get hard.

Be direct and kind - We give feedback clearly, respectfully, and without delay.

Why Vapi:

Generational impact: Build the human interface for every business

Kind team: The founders, Jordan and Nikhil, are Canadians

Tier-1 Investors: YC, KP seed, Bessemer Series A

What We Offer:

Real stake: We offer a competitive salary and excellent equity ownership

Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision plans

Team love: We love hanging out, and we do quarterly off-sites

Flexible time off: take what you need

More: catered meals, transportation, gym, and a $10k annual L&D budget
