Summary:

The Revenue Operations Analyst provides end to end operational support across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success at ZipRecruiter. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our rules of engagement, systems, and processes work as intended so our revenue teams can operate efficiently and effectively.

You will be at the center of how our go to market teams function. From triaging issues and improving workflows to supporting Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools, this role partners cross functionally with Systems, Finance, Analytics, and leadership to identify opportunities, execute improvements, and enable our teams to perform at their best.

Key Focuses:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging operational issues from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and ensuring timely resolution
  • Develop deep knowledge of ZipRecruiter’s product offerings, sales procedures, and rules of engagement to support stakeholders effectively
  • Partner cross functionally to create and optimize processes, playbooks, toolkits, and documentation that improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Support system customizations, data management, trainings, and ongoing administration of Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools
  • Collaborate with Systems, Finance, Analytics, and leadership to identify opportunities, implement technology and process changes, and report on performance
  • Train new and existing team members on processes and technologies while supporting sales teams with top of funnel and lead nurturing initiatives in partnership with Marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience
  • Hands on experience working in Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated experience supporting process improvement, systems support, or operational workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office or G Suite applications
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment advertising or SaaS environments
  • Experience with Revenue Operations platforms such as Pardot, Outreach, Xactly, Gong, Postal.io, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Navigator
  • Experience supporting technology or process improvement initiatives and executing strategic projects
  • Experience partnering cross functionally with teams such as Systems, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or Sales Leadership

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$97,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
