We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

The Revenue Operations team drives planning, operational excellence, and analytics that power Komodo's sales organization. We're the objective, data-driven partner sales leadership trusts to turn strategy into execution.

This role exists to bring structure and strategy to a fast-growing, increasingly complex part of our business. You'll own the operating cadence, annual planning, and territory design for a core business segment, and you'll build the relationships and process foundation that enable scale.

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join the team that supports Komodo's fastest-growing, most complex sales segments.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have accomplished…

  • Built and owned the annual planning process, including territory design for a core segment
  • Managed the reporting and forecasting cadences with sales leadership, maintaining operational excellence
  • Built trusted relationships with new sales and cross-functional teams, becoming the go-to partner for process and strategy
  • Used AI tools to automate recurring reporting and surface pipeline and forecast insights, freeing time for higher-value strategic work
  • Identified and closed process gaps, replacing ad hoc workflows with scalable systems

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for…

  • Run the operating cadence for every forecast call, pipeline review, and QBR
  • Lead annual planning: capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting for a core segment
  • Use AI platforms to automate recurring reporting and surface anomalies in pipeline and forecast data
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional leaders (Finance, GTM, Enablement) to identify and solve process gaps
  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives from scoping through execution
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to establish trust and drive process adoption
  • Analyze ad hoc business questions and translate findings into recommendations for sales leadership

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, ideally in enterprise SaaS
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity and operating through constant change, able to build process where none exists
  • Hands-on experience with modern RevOps tooling (e.g. Gong, Clari, Claude, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers to build models, find trends, and solve cross-functional business problems
  • Experience with annual planning, capacity modeling, and territory design
  • Strong track record building relationships and driving adoption with new or unfamiliar stakeholders

Expectations of AI use in this role:

  • Uses Claude and Glean to automate recurring reporting and surface anomalies in pipeline and forecast data
  • Evaluates and pilots AI-driven capabilities within the RevOps stack (forecasting, territory planning, workflow automation)

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting segment-specific sales motions
  • Experience presenting to VP or executive sales leadership
  • SQL or advanced data manipulation skills
