What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM Operations team and help power our Sales and Marketing engine through automation, data accuracy, and insights. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our CRM (Salesforce), managing system integrations, and delivering clear, actionable reporting for the GTM organization. You’ll also build automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve visibility across the funnel.

This role is perfect for someone analytical and process-oriented who loves building systems, solving data puzzles, and supporting revenue growth through operational excellence.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Understanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
  • Experience with API-based integrations or workflow design.
  • Interest in data analysis, forecasting, or sales performance metrics.
